Saturday the 15th of May, the Rotary Club of Raymond Terrace have organised the KING STREET HERITAGE FESTIVAL – a community celebration of local history in King Street Raymond Terrace and the TMA will be there, almost literally with bells on.
The day looks like it will be informative and great fun with re-enactments on the William the Fourth, Bush poets, Irish dancing, period farm machinery and horse and cart rides.
The Tomaree Museum Association will have members `on deck’ on the William the Fourth and also manning an information stall in the street to answer all of your questions about the Tomaree Museum project.
We hope you’ll join in the fun and dress (as much as you can) in something like period clothing. Perhaps a cardboard top hat to top it off?!
See you there!
